I remember finally being old enough to sit at the table ( at the Rainbow House ) when they played the dictionary game. One person would chose an obscure word from the dictionary and write the definition while everyone else made up a definition for the word. Inevitably two or three times a night, while playing, someone would have to choose a new word because Wally would know it and cavalierly recite the definition as if it should be known by all. Also, at least once at every sitting, Wally would use the definition " a left handed davet ".
